REPLAY OF:

A SPECIAL HO’OPONOPONO PRAYER FOR MAUI

WITH DAME DORIA CORDOVA

YOUR HOST:

END THE WEEK ON A HIGH NOTE!

Dear Money & You Graduates and Friends of Excellerated:

Thank you for visiting this platform brought to you by the Doria Cordova Foundation. Our hearts and minds are devastated by the loss of Lahaina (and other areas of Maui), of homes, memories, businesses, historical landmarks, harbor, yachts, and more importantly, beloveds and friends of so many. For hundreds of years, Lahaina has been the residence of Ali’i living aloha ‘āina, breathing a culture of aloha. A culture of mālama (caring), a culture of ha’aha’a (humility).

A bit about the prayer:

I have been a practitioner of the prayer since November 1984. Since then, I have been doing this prayer in many of our advanced programs, and with friends/graduates of our programs around the world. The positive results in my life and that of others have been remarkable.

Every few weeks we do this prayer as a community… it helped many in letting go of fears and getting through more peacefully through this Global Paradigm Shift…

We will let go of the trauma, upsets, fears, hurts and uncertainty that has been so prevalent in the world.

This is my gift to our network and friends globally – there is no charge for this event nor will I be selling you any “advanced Ho’oponopono” courses – this is a practice of mine, not a commercial endeavor as some of my Excellerated programs.

I originally (as a thousand others) learned this prayer from Morrnah Simeona and Dr. Ihaleakala (Dr. Hew Len). Please click her name to learn more about the history, as I understood it directly from them, and from research when the Fridays With Doria & Friends platform was launched.

My understanding, which continues to be expanded, is that this prayer was curated by Morrnah Simeona from both Hawaiian and Christian teachings. I follow the prayer as originally learned in November 1984. I apologize in advance if I offend or misinterpret any Hawaiian traditional teachings. I don’t teach how to lead this prayer nor pass myself as a Hawaiian Huna teacher. I am simply a practitioner of the prayer – and I, along with many others, have received tremendous benefits from the practice.

Dear Money & You Graduates and Friends of Excellerated:

This week we’ll be dedicating the Ho’oponopono Prayer to support the people of Ukraine – and all around the world whose anxiety and fear levels are being elevated with this new Global Paradigm Shift.

Join us – invite your friends / family / associates so that we can join our loving hearts to bring love and light to this situation that is affecting many globally.

There will be certain words that will be used during the prayer:

Aka cords: connections/attachments. The ideal is to have no cords with anyone so that it doesn’t affect your personal connection to the Great Spirit so that you can be present.

Aumakua – Uhane – Unihiipili: the inner Father, Mother, and the Inner Child.

The Ho’oponopono Prayer is a release of resentments, fears, upsets, anger, regrets – all negative vibrations that are being held in the subconscious and disturb your peace.

Ho’oponopono means “to make things right”.

Once you have done the prayer, you can say “Ho’oponopono” anytime and you will feel a lightness and a greater connection to the Great Spirit, the Universe, God, whatever you prefer.  This prayer transcends religions, spiritual beliefs – it a reconciliation of the inner family.

To gain the most from the prayer, it’s recommended that ahead of time, you write on paper (that will be torn at the end) the names, places, situations, fears, resentments, upsets – everything that you can think of that gets in the way of your peace of mind.

It’s very important that you start with the names of persons that you are married to/divorced/deeply connected to; your children, closest family members, friends, business associates, addresses of all your homes, businesses – most importantly, persons that you have had intimate relations with; and persons that have passed on.

List as many upsets as you can remember, especially matters around money/business/health –– any upsetting circumstances –– anything that brings up for you shame, guilt, blame, helplessness.  There could be a dozen-plus pages pages. This is all good.  Just writing them will begin the process of release. Bring those pages with you.

During the prayer, we’ll be doing a short breathing exercise; and you’ll be asked to share your name.  The rest will be done by the Divinity… This is a peaceful and loving process…

I look forward to being with you and sharing this wonderful prayer…

For those of you who have done the prayer before, you are welcome to do again as many times as possible – that’s a good thing. And do share your experience at the bottom of this page of the benefits that you have received from doing the process… Mahalo.

Peace be with you…
